ABOUT THIS SERIES
Most of us visit God on Sundays or during crisis. This series explores what it means to actually dwell—to make your home in His presence.
You check in with God but don’t live with Him. You visit but don’t dwell. What changes when you stop commuting to God and start residing?

VOICES IN THIS SERIES
THE TRUE VINE
“Remain in me, as I also remain in you.”
In John 15, Jesus identifies Himself as the true vine – the source of life, nourishment, and fruitfulness for all who remain connected to Him. This metaphor reveals His desire for intimate, continuous relationship with His followers.
DAY 1
THE FUGITIVE KING
“Whoever dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty.”
David wrote many of his most intimate psalms while hiding from Saul in caves and wilderness places. His experiences of vulnerability and hiddenness became the context for some of Scripture’s deepest teachings on finding refuge in God.
DAY 2
GOD WHO TABERNACLED AMONG US
“The Word became flesh and made his dwelling among us.”
John identifies Jesus as the eternal Word (Logos) who existed with God from the beginning and through whom all things were made. This Word became flesh and ‘pitched His tent’ among humanity, making God’s presence accessible and permanent.
DAY 3
JESUS' AGRICULTURAL METAPHOR
“Apart from me you can do nothing.”
Jesus identified Himself as the true vine and His followers as branches. This agricultural metaphor teaches that spiritual fruitfulness comes not through effort but through maintaining connection to the source of life.
DAY 4
THE STORM-WEATHERED APOSTLE
“My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.”
Paul experienced extraordinary trials – shipwrecks, beatings, imprisonment, and a persistent ‘thorn in the flesh.’ Yet through all these storms, he discovered that God’s grace was sufficient and that divine power was made perfect in human weakness.
DAY 5
THE KITCHEN MONK
“The time of business does not with me differ from the time of prayer.”
A 17th-century Carmelite monk who became known for his practice of experiencing God’s presence during the most mundane kitchen duties. His simple wisdom about continuous communion with God has influenced millions of believers.
