ABOUT THIS SERIES
The world is loud. Social media, news, opinions—everyone is shouting. This series helps you learn to hear the one voice that matters.
You scroll, you listen, you absorb. But can you distinguish God’s voice from the noise?

VOICES IN THIS SERIES
THE BOY WHO LEARNED TO LISTEN
“Speak, for your servant is listening.”
Young Samuel heard God’s voice but didn’t recognize it until Eli guided him. His progression from confusion to clarity reminds us that learning to discern God’s voice often requires mentorship, patience, and the willingness to learn from our mistakes.
DAY 1
NOBLE EXAMINERS OF TRUTH
“They received the message with great eagerness and examined the Scriptures every day to see if what Paul said was true.”
The Berean Jews in Acts 17 were commended for their approach to new teaching: they received the message with eagerness but also examined the Scriptures daily to verify what they heard. Their method combined openness with discernment.
DAY 2
PROPHET OF FIRE AND WHISPERS
“What are you doing here, Elijah?”
Elijah experienced both the dramatic (fire from heaven on Mount Carmel) and the intimate (God’s whisper in the cave). His journey from triumph to despair to restoration shows that even mighty prophets need to learn God’s gentle ways.
DAY 3
SEEKER WHO HEARD GOD'S VOICE
“How can I understand unless someone explains it to me?”
This court official was reading Isaiah but couldn’t understand it until Philip, guided by the Spirit, explained how it pointed to Jesus. His story shows that Scripture often needs illumination – through the Spirit and through community.
DAY 4
THE MODEL OF SUBMITTED FEELINGS
“Yet not My will, but Yours be done.”
In the Garden of Gethsemane, Jesus experienced intense emotional distress, even asking if the cup could pass from Him. Yet He submitted His feelings to the Father’s will, showing us the path of true discernment.
DAY 5
PROPHET OF UNBROKEN RHYTHM
“Three times a day he got down on his knees and prayed, giving thanks to his God, just as he had done before.”
Daniel’s practice of praying three times daily was so established that even the threat of the lions’ den couldn’t break it. His rhythm wasn’t legalism but love expressed through faithful practice – a pattern that sustained him through decades of exile.
